Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

International shipping is available to select countries. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We want you to love your RLEV footwear. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@rlev.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for US orders.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange unworn items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@rlev.shop to arrange an exchange.
